We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a leading company in the fintech sector on 12 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting a dynamic international legal team on a broad range of matters.

The Role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and legal colleagues, supporting on a broad range of in-house commercial legal matters such as assisting with contract work (reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements), legal research and potential support with a transaction.

About You

  • Previous paralegal experience is essential for this role (in-house or private practice)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
