We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal or future trainee to join a leading company in the Finance sector on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting a dynamic international legal team across a broad range of matters.
The Role
- Review, amend, and draft a range of commercial contracts
- Support with company secretarial and corporate matters
- Prepare and circulate documents for execution
- Assist with corporate governance processes
- Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
- First point of contact for legal queries from internal stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, either in-house or in private practice
- Previous experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
- Previous experience leveraging AI tools in a legal environment
- Prior experience in the finance sector would be advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills and forensic attention to detail
