We are partnering with a leading Global Technology and Media company to hire a Commercial Paralegal on an initial 6β12 month contract. The role could potentially move to a permanent contract and trainee role after the initial contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with complex commercial contracts within a global tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Provide general paralegal support to the wider legal team, including ad hoc tasks and project assistance.
Qualifications:
- 12 months' experience as an in-house Paralegal with strong experience reviewing/drafting commercial contracts
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
- Available to start in February
