We are looking to speak with mid-to-senior Corporate Paralegals with M&A experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tech Company on a 6-month contract (with potential to extend). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where initiative and adaptability are key.
Role responsibilities:
