We are looking to speak with qualified lawyers (1-3 PQE) who would be interested in a Legal Counsel role within a Global Technology Business. This would be a 6–18 month FTC, with an immediate start required. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting a busy in-house legal function on a broad range of matters.
The role will involve:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
- Advising on regulatory and compliance matters
- Providing day-to-day legal support to key business stakeholders
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple functions and jurisdictions
About you:
- Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial contracts experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Immediately available or available at short notice
