We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a dynamic in-house legal team within the life sciences sector on an initial 9-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension). This role will focus on providing commercial and IP legal support, working closely with internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters.
Requirements:
- NQ to 4 years’ post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the life sciences sector
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property matters
- Prior in-house or sector-specific experience within life sciences
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Candidates must be available to start in March to be considered.
