We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal or future trainee to join a leading company in the finance sector on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a fast‑paced, innovative environment, supporting a dynamic international legal team across a broad range of matters.
The Role
You will provide day‑to‑day legal and operational support to an international in‑house legal team, assisting with document management, legal administration and the coordination of key matters. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented and keen to contribute to the efficient running of a busy legal function.
About You
- Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, either in-house or in private practice
- Prior experience in the finance sector would be advantageous
- Exceptional organisational skills and forensic attention to detail
- Comfortable managing varied workloads and working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive and methodical approach, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A reliable and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
