We are looking to partner with a small number of experienced HR, People, and Talent leaders who have deep networks, and want to turn those relationships into revenue.

We run a performance search practice placing legal, tech, and leadership talent into scaling, investor-backed, and founder-led companies across the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East.

If you’ve built strong connections with CEOs, founders, CHROs or investors, we would like to work with you.

What You’ll Do
  • Make warm introductions to decision-makers hiring senior talent
  • Use your judgement and network to open meaningful conversations
  • Act as a trusted growth partner, no delivery, no admin, no recruiting
What You’ll Get
