We are looking for Program Management/Consultant profiles capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and VPs to establish and deliver transformation programs. Candidates should be tech-savvy with significant exposure to Pharma Manufacturing Digital Twins.
Profile Summary: We are seeking a seasoned, hands‐on Program Leader with 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi‐year global IT transformations within the pharma industry or similarly regulated sectors. The ideal candidate must be an expert in implementing rigorous program controls, navigating senior stakeholder landscapes, and providing executive‐ready communication.
- Key Track Record Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in large‐scale technology rollouts and managing change impacts across global IT and business teams.
- Scale: Experience managing significant recurring annual budgets and orchestrating large blended teams across 8–12 workstreams and multiple regions.
- Technical Context: Familiarity with enterprise manufacturing IT landscapes, GMP, and CSV is preferred. Prior AstraZeneca exposure is a plus.
- Availability: Start within 6–8 weeks of an offer. Suppliers must confirm the candidate's notice period and earliest possible start date.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce program controls (stage gates, baselines, risk/issue management, and benefits realization).
- Lead program governance, including Steering Committee preparation and vendor/PMO alignment.
- Drive delivery discipline and ensure timely escalation of issues with clear resolution options.
- Coordinate global deployment waves, including readiness, adoption, and training.
- Manage VP‐level stakeholders and create decision‐ready reporting packs.
Work Model: Candidates must be flexible across time zones and comfortable leading distributed teams and vendors.
- 15–20 years Programme Management experience leading complex, multi-year IT transformation programmes.
- Must have Autonomous Manufacturing IT experience OR Pharma Manufacturing Digital Twins.
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain expertise (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Experience working with major pharma organisations such as GSK and leading Life Sciences companies.
- Strong consulting background from firms such as Deloitte or KPMG.
- Proven delivery of large global IT transformation programmes with multiple workstreams and large budgets.
- Enterprise manufacturing IT exposure (GMP / CSV environments).
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and steering committees at VP / executive level.
- Strong programme governance capability (risk, controls, escalation, delivery discipline).
- Executive presence, respected programme leader who brings structure, calm, and credibility to complex programmes.
