My global IT multinational client is hiring a D365 Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships across Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounts. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–5 years’ recent experience in D365 account management
- Must have F&O / FSCM experience
- Must have Microsoft network (Partner Alliance Managers / Microsoft contacts)
- Microsoft certifications or formal ecosystem credentials
- Microsoft newer stack experience
- Strong understanding of D365 applications and client engagement
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customer accounts
- Ability to drive account growth, stakeholder management, and customer success
