Experienced Head of Sales soguht to lead and grow internal and external sales teams, while playing an active role in generating commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing internal and field sales team
  • Drive new business opportunities and manage key partner relationships
  • Deliver commercial strategy and ensure targets are consistently met
  • Present confidently to OEM partners and internal senior stakeholders
  • Coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Spend 1–2 days a week at their HQ, with regular travel to meet clients and support field sales

About You

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in the UK EV home charging sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and growth
