We’re hiring a commercially mature Business Development Manager to originate derivatives and token liquidity mandates with foundations, exchanges, and crypto-native funds.
Essential requirements (non-negotiable):
- Proven business development experience in derivatives (options / structured products / derivatives-led environments)
- Hands-on crypto market making / token liquidity experience (you understand how liquidity is provided and monetised)
- Network into token foundations / protocol teams (you know who controls liquidity decisions and budgets)
- Ability to explain market making economics clearly: spreads, inventory risk, exchange dynamics, how desks generate revenue
- Credibility with traders, founders, exchanges, and funds (you can operate at senior level conversations)
What you’ll do:
- Originate and close token liquidity + derivatives relationships
- Convert foundation relationships into live market making mandates
- Work closely with trading and liquidity teams to structure the right solution per project
Profile:
- 30+ with commercial maturity
- Self-driven, performance motivated
- Comfortable in fast, high-stakes markets
- Crypto-native (not a tourist)
