Could you be interested in a 12-month Fixed term, Part-Time, Supply Chain Coordinator, Maternity leave cover position joining our small, supportive Supply Chain team? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured environment. You’ll play a key part in maintaining efficient stock control systems and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our purchasing operations.
Fixed Term Dates: 30 March 2026 - April 2027, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours per week)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Purchasing and supplier coordination
- Inwards goods and receiving
- Data entry and management
- Inventory management and replenishment
Please note that the work location for this team will be moving to a different site from November 2026. New site details are yet to be confirmed.
About You - What We’re Looking For:
- A high level of Excel and data analyst skills
- Someone who can hit the ground running and work independently
- A background in healthcare is a bonus, but not essential
- A team player with great communication and organisational skills
