The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Forte’s unique value proposition. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential clients within target sectors (Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Contractors, Accountants, etc.).
- Utilise networking, social media, and industry events to build a robust pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Understand client needs and help to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on market developments and client needs.
- Work closely with the broking team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and business development strategies.
