You will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, taking responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads, raise brand awareness and drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage potential customers, nurture leads, and convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads, including webinars, events, email campaigns, account based marketing, ads, content generation and social strategy.
- Continuously optimise lead generation processes and tactics based on performance analysis.
- Utilise third party data sources to generate data and segment data to support the lead generation into specific verticals and target audiences.
- Work with agency partners to manage and execute the marketing strategy across multiple channels, including email, video, digital, social media and content marketing.
- Create and optimise automated email workflows, personalised messaging, and targeted content to nurture leads.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, including lead generation performance, trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Experience with B2B content writing, content optimisation and SEO.
- Video production and editing experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of paid performance marketing tools like Google ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and the Google suite including GA4.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Ability to work remotely and independently and as part of a team.
