The Maltings care home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a vital part of our care community, you will support residents with daily living, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.
Location: The Maltings, Peterborough
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Full Time
What You’ll Do
- You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence.
- This includes assisting with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and emotional support, as well as monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- You’ll also help maintain a clean, homely environment and contribute to a positive, reassuring atmosphere—especially important for residents living with dementia.
