Role 1: 2 shifts (Friday & Saturday) every 4 weeks
Role 2: 1 shift (Tuesday) every fortnight
Night shifts are 9pm – 8:30am

Are you self-motivated and enjoy working independently? Do you enjoy lone working with minimal distractions and completing focused pieces of admin work? If you have a passion for working within the domestic abuse sector, Fortalice are recruiting two Refuge Night Worker/Administrators who will also be the first point of contact for the residents in our Refuge, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Purpose of the role:
The post is based at Lewis House, a purpose-built Refuge, comprising of 22 self-contained flats, an Outstanding OFSTED registered Children’s Services, offices, a meeting room and a communal area in which group activities can be facilitated. This facility is staffed on a 24-hour basis by Family Support Workers. This role is a working night shift and includes being the first point of contact for residents and providing administrative support to the wider team.

- An ability to identify, respond and manage risk and safeguarding concerns relating to children and/or adults at risk
