The Opportunity
This organisation is one of the leading healthcare organisations in the UK - a multi-national health insurance and healthcare organisation which services across a range of industries. They are in the midst of a large transformation project with the largest investment they have made in technology to date across their digital divisions but also across cyber & information security.
HYBRID WORKING ENVIRONMENT - 1-2 DAYS A WEEK WORKING FROM OUR CLIENTS MANCHESTER / SALFORD BASED OFFICE.
As critical assistance to their cyber transformation programme of work, we are looking for a couple of Senior Cyber Security Specialists to join to be involved with the re-architecture and implementation of the organisation's security framework and measures. It is the role of the Senior Cyber Security Specialists to oversee security protocols, oversee performance and introduce enhancements for security strategies of the group.
Looking for someone that comes with a broad and diverse tech background - extensive experience across Cyber projects as well as BAU environments - this includes End-user computing, networks and Hosting. In-depth experience with Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management tooling, Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience across Proxy/DLP systems, SIEM tools, M365, Firewalling, Proxy Servers etc would be beneficial.
Good evidence of operating at a senior level with team & people leadership skills evident - there may be elements of helping to drive change in the division so solid stakeholder management skills would be helpful for success in this role.
