Our client is a leading business of biometric software across a range of industries, working with complex technology in iris and ID recognition. They have been an established software engineering house for over 10 years, offering products to help businesses manage and account for their workforce.

The Opportunity

Real ownership – You’ll become the go-to person for all things Salesforce and financial systems, playing a pivotal role in both day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

The What?

This is a hands-on Salesforce Administrator role with a focus on internal business systems. You'll be the lead admin and functional expert across Salesforce and Access Dimensions (experience with this is not required). Expect to work on everything from user support and systems configuration to integration, upgrades, and continuous improvement. You'll sit in the finance team but will work cross-functionally with digital, IT, and operations teams, acting as a bridge between tech and business needs.

Key Things You’ll Be Doing

  • Administer and optimise Salesforce, from user management and reports to automation and integrations.
  • Support and maintain Access Dimensions or equivalent financial systems.
  • Act as technical owner of internal platforms and lead small projects, including a future ERP transition.
  • Collaborate with finance and digital teams to improve system workflows and data flows.
  • Liaise with vendors and provide training and documentation to users.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, workflows, and automation.
  • Some experience in Finance.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
