We're partnering with an established UK software company that's investing heavily in its internal technology function as part of its continued growth.

They're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform, supporting users across the business while driving continuous improvements through automation, configuration and smarter processes.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, supporting users, delivering enhancements and building solutions using Salesforce's declarative tools. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, improve existing processes and ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Manage users, profiles, permission sets and platform security.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insight.
  • Support users with troubleshooting, training and day-to-day platform queries.
  • Maintain data quality and investigate platform, automation and reporting issues.
  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing configuration and reduce manual processes.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams where development support is required.

What They're Looking For

  • Commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar Salesforce-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and declarative configuration.
  • Experience managing users, permissions, security and platform configuration.
  • Confident working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards for business users.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is desirable.
