The What?
You'll join a specialist engineering team delivering secure software solutions for defence and national security customers.
Working on long-term, high-impact programmes, you'll be involved in designing, building, testing and deploying Android-based capabilities that support critical operational environments.
The work is varied, technically challenging and focused on delivering multiple software releases across complex, security-conscious systems.
Experience required: Commercial experience deploying software to Kubernetes, Open Shift or Quadlet, building deployment configurations from scratch.
Strong Python and Bash development skills with experience in iterative development, debugging and troubleshooting.
Experience developing across Linux and Windows, with a focus on secure, air-gapped environments.
Strong understanding of networking, security and authentication (SSO, MFA, mutual TLS, firewalling).
Ability to design secure, compliant solutions from documented requirements through to verification.
Experience producing technical documentation, leading design reviews and assessing high and low-level designs.
Confident engaging with clients, stakeholders and third parties as a trusted technical representative.
Innovative, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering mission-critical solutions.
Onsite work: Due to the nature of the work our client delivers it is essential that you will be working at either client site or in office 5 days a week - our client would also support your application from SC Clearance through to DV clearance.
