An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most critical teams within the organisation - in their Payments division. You will be part of the team replatforming the businesses core payments systems over the next 2 years which will be one of the most groundbreaking transformations for such critical systems.

The What: Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner / Agile Coach to join on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting our client’s Digital API division. The successful candidate will bring strong enterprise‑level experience across Agile methodologies, with particular expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). This role will focus on coaching and upskilling teams, embedding best practices, and driving Agile maturity across the function. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance delivery capability, improve ways of working, and support the adoption of scalable Agile frameworks. Experience working in product‑led environments would be highly beneficial, alongside a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and leading Agile transformation initiatives at scale. Given the technical nature of the team, we are looking for someone with a strong technical background and experience working within API‑focused teams.
Hybrid Working: The expectation will be 1-2 days a week onsite in our client’s Cheshire offices.
