Our client is a leading national law firm with a strong reputation for achieving exceptional outcomes and client care.
The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator responsible for managing their own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial. Cases will include brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic injuries. The role is hybrid working with 3 days office work and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload
- Conducting litigation
- Drafting witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss
- Securing interim payments
- Attending conferences, hearings and settlement meetings

Requirements
