We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at a dynamic expanding GP Practice in the heart of Surrey. Main duties of the job
- Support safe, accurate, and timely repeat prescribing processes
- Undertake medicines reconciliation from hospital discharge summaries
- Respond to medication queries from patients and staff
- Support prescribing quality targets (e.g. QOF) and cost-effective prescribing
- Assist with audits, safety searches, and medicines optimisation initiatives
- Share medicines safety alerts and manage supply issue communications
- Support patient education and awareness around medicines use
