We’re supporting a leading utilities organisation on the search for a Business Analyst / Business Change Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme based in Warwick. This role is ideal for a consultancy-trained BA who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys working across multiple concurrent change initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in shaping requirements, driving business change, and supporting large-scale digital and operational transformation across the utilities landscape.
The Role
You’ll be embedded in major transformation programmes, working across business and technical teams to deliver meaningful change. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects
- Translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Supporting business change, process improvement, and operating model transformation
- Working across delivery teams in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Driving structured change in a highly regulated utilities environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Business Analysis / Business Change background
- Consultancy experience (or consultancy-style delivery in complex organisations)
- Utilities sector experience (energy, water, regulated infrastructure preferred)
- Proven experience running multiple projects/workstreams
- Comfortable operating in hybrid delivery environments with senior stakeholders
