Are you a hospitality tech expert with deep knowledge of SiteMinder and DerbySoft? We’re looking for a techno-functional SME to guide and optimize our channel distribution strategy.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SiteMinder/DerbySoft Subject Matter Expert with strong techno-functional skills to advise, design, and optimize hotel channel management and distribution solutions. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with stakeholders to enhance system integrations and maximize booking performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SME-level advisory across channel management solutions, especially SiteMinder and DerbySoft.
• Lead or support the implementation and integration of SiteMinder within the broader hospitality tech ecosystem (PMS, CRS, RMS).
• Evaluate and optimize OTA strategies, including integration with TravelClick and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and commercial teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and distribution objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues across the tech stack, offering both functional insights and technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in hospitality technology with a strong focus on channel management systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing SiteMinder and related tools in the hospitality ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of hotel distribution platforms, including PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel), CRS, RMS, and OTA connectivity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of bridging technical details with business needs.
• Proven success in optimizing online distribution and third-party channel performance.
