Job Title: Sharepoint Specialist

Salary: £55,000

We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Specialist to manage and support a hybrid SharePoint environment, with a strong focus on both on-prem (2016 to SE) and M365 .

You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical legacy systems while helping lead the full migration to the cloud over the next 12–18 months.

The Role

• Maintain and support all SharePoint on-prem farms and M365 environment
• Drive governance, structure, and user adoption across the organisation
• Lead on integrating SharePoint with Azure / Entra, including B2B/B2C setups
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement scalable solutions
• Administer permissions, metadata, site collections, and document libraries
• Provide BAU support, user training, and issue resolution

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years' experience with SharePoint 2016 to SE and M365 in an admin capacity
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, service apps, and infrastructure
• Experience with Azure integration, MFA, and app registrations
• Confident using PowerShell and working with end users to gather requirements
• Bonus if you have experience with Nintex, Power BI, or Dynamics
