As Senior Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out growth across leading retailers in the UK and Europe. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with real influence and visibility. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of account performance, build long-term retail partnerships, and lead commercial strategies to help brands thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive YoY sell-out growth and achieve monthly sell-in targets through demand planning and fulfillment.
- Build accurate forecasts for core SKUs, seasonal launches, and NPD.
- Lead retailer investment planning, budget control, and account financial health, including overdue resolution.
- Secure commercial gains through annual contract negotiations and manage tester/collateral allocations efficiently.
- Create and execute tailored commercial strategies aligned with brand growth goals.
- Win NPD listings with strong launch activation and retail support.
- Champion retail excellence across VM, online merchandising, and stock availability.
- Build trusted retailer partnerships and manage joint business plans with precision.
- Analyse SKU/category performance to drive data-led decisions and strategy.
- Deliver confident monthly performance reviews to internal and brand stakeholders.
