We’re hiring into our London-based team placing Senior Tech talent into FinTech clients across the US, a high-growth market with huge earning potential. You’ll be working alongside global top billers who have prior experience on the ground in the US building deep client relationships and an enviable network. We’ve invested £5m into our in-house, AI-powered CRM and our high-tech, open-plan London office is designed for high performance.
The Role
Join Forsyth Barnes as a Recruitment Consultant in our London team, tapping into our established US FinTech market and capitalising on the momentum we’ve built.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships, delivering on senior-level roles through proactive business development (both warm & cold).
- Headhunt for top-tier senior tech talent for some of the most exciting FinTechs in the US market.
- Actively track FinTech market trends, funding news, and key moves to spot opportunities before competitors.
What We’re Looking For
Desirable:
- 1+ years’ recruitment experience (tech/FinTech market knowledge a plus).
- A proven track record in business development and candidate delivery.
- Confident, driven, and commercially sharp – you know how to spot and seize opportunities.
- Strong phone skills – persuasive, professional, and resilient.
