We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a major IT Transformation Programme for a well-established end client in the utilities sector, on behalf of a respected IT consultancy. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with oversight across several concurrent projects. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on a large-scale, enterprise-level transformation. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a complex IT transformation programme across multiple workstreams
- Deliver high-profile projects including:
- SharePoint migration
- Rollout of 20,000+ laptops across the organisation
- Network refresh and infrastructure upgrades
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT transformation projects
- Strong delivery track record in hardware rollouts, cloud-based migrations (e.g., SharePoint), and network infrastructure refresh projects
- Experience delivering in remote/hybrid environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
- Utilities sector experience desirable, but not essential
- Previous consultancy experience is advantageous
