We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Integration Developer with a deep passion for innovation and a strong sense of accountability for the solutions delivered. This role requires proven experience leading technical teams in the integration of diverse systems across complex environments.
As a senior contributor, you’ll engage in comprehensive software development efforts focused on full lifecycle enterprise service and API-driven (Application Programming Interface) solutions. You will be tasked with building robust, global integration and message-based systems using modern technologies in a fast-moving and collaborative setting. Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and advanced English are essential to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT departments and business units to define, prioritize, and implement application development projects and system enhancements.
- Provide critical support and clarification for developers by interpreting and refining business and functional requirements.
- Design and develop integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code maintainability.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle including architecture, implementation, unit testing, performance optimization, and ongoing system monitoring.
- Offer technical expertise and establish consistent processes during the specification and requirements gathering phases.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and actively incorporate new tools and practices into development work.
- Contribute to agile processes through the creation of user stories, defect resolution, and participation in bug triage activities.
- Promote high standards of code quality through code reviews, design walkthroughs, and documentation practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of development workflows, system architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage challenges under tight deadlines.
- Communicate complex technical ideas clearly and effectively to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work both autonomously and in collaborative team settings.
