Forsyth Barnes are partnering with a specialist Service Now consultancy who are growing their Functional Consulting practice.
We're looking for experienced Functional Consultants who enjoy working with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and helping organisations improve service delivery through Service Now-enabled transformation.
This is a client-facing consulting role focused on requirements gathering, process improvement, workshop facilitation and solution design across Employee Services, HR, Customer Service and Shared Services environments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories and functional specifications
- Analyse and improve business processes
- Design future-state workflows and service models
- Support UAT, training and change activities
- Work closely with architects, developers and delivery teams
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the project lifecycle
Experience Required
- Service Now experience (HRSD, CSM, ITSM or Employee Services)
- Functional Consulting or Business Analysis experience
- Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
- Process mapping and process improvement
- User story creation and backlog management
- Shared Services experience
- HR Operations or Employee Services experience
- Service Now CSA or CIS certification
- ITIL certification
