Responsibilities: Analyse pricing, margin, channel, and product performance to support trading and commercial decisions Deliver insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and sales trends Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial outcomes through data Work with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Support forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure access to clean, reliable data Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and teams across the business Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in retail, FMCG, or another consumer-focused sector Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Commercially minded with a strong understanding of trading metrics and performance drivers Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and business recommendations Comfortable working with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and operational teams Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Exposure to Python, R, or basic data science techniques is a plus, but not essential
