We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager ready to take ownership of a key region. In this role, you’ll function as the “CEO” of your territory, managing the full sales cycle and crafting strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities. You’ll work across multiple sectors including sports, media, and betting building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored data and tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using a variety of channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the sports, betting, and media industries.
  • Solution Selling: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver real business impact.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling, customised proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build brand awareness and network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
About You
  • 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Preferably in sports, betting, or media, with a proven ability to win and grow accounts.
  • Strategic and Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to uncover and pursue new commercial opportunities.
  • Highly Organized Self-Starter: Able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher): Comfortable working in an international business environment.
  • Customer-Centric: Flexible and responsive to customer needs with a focus on delivering high satisfaction.
  • Tech Proficient: Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Pitch, etc.), and other digital sales tools.
