We're partnering with a fast-growing, product-led organisation in Warwick that is scaling its delivery capability. They are now looking for a Head of Delivery to lead product deployments across a growing client base and play a key role in the next phase of the business's growth.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll work directly with clients, lead a team of deployment leads, and ensure products and enhancements are successfully delivered and embedded.
The RoleAs Head of Delivery, you'll be accountable for the end-to-end deployment of products and product enhancements across both new and existing clients. You'll coordinate delivery across multiple clients and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and deliver real outcomes.
You'll take ownership of delivery planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption β ensuring products don't just go live, but are fully embedded and delivering value.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead and oversee product deployments across multiple clients and workstreams
- Manage and develop a team of Deployment Leads to deliver consistently high outcomes
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients throughout deployment and post-go-live
- Deliver change and adoption plans, including training and post-implementation support
- Partner closely with Product Development to align delivery with client requirements
- Support requirements gathering, user stories, UAT planning and execution
- Ensure smooth collaboration between product, engineering, QA, architecture, and delivery teams
- Identify service improvement opportunities and drive operational and delivery excellence
- An experienced delivery leader with a background in product and digital solution deployment
- Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership
- Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments with competing priorities
