We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Change Analyst to support the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives within a large, regulated utilities environment. The role will play a key part in shaping business requirements, driving process improvement, and supporting change across operational and customer-facing functions.
This position will suit a Business Analyst who is comfortable working across multiple workstreams, engaging a wide range of stakeholders, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects simultaneously
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements using a range of techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
- Produce high-quality documentation including:
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Process maps (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Impact assessments and change documentation
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Business Change Analyst
- Strong track record of delivering analysis across multiple projects in parallel
- Experience working in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industries (preferred)
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Experience with process mapping and change impact analysis
- Comfortable working in structured, delivery-focused environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience working on transformation, systems implementation, or operational change programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change
