Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading health and wellness retailer on the support of their Senior Programme manager role. Programme manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving transformation initiatives that improve the supply chain efficiency, output, quality, and service.
Responsibilities
- Direct the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, proactively addressing issues and building strong partnerships between business and Tech teams, driving alignment and collaboration on ambitious transformation goals.
- Manage a multi-million-pound transformation budget, ensuring responsible allocation and spending to maximise return on investment and support cost-efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with initiative owners, Finance, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes, KPIs, and measurable benefits.
- Own and manage the integrated programme plan, tracking milestones, risks, outcomes, and dependencies to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
- Create executive-level reports and manage programme governance, facilitating steering committees and executive engagements to ensure ongoing alignment.
- Partner with Change Managers to implement change management plans that support the adoption and success of programmes, while mentoring and guiding Programme and Project Managers.
Experience required
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within global supply chains, including strategic planning, execution, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong background in retail industry supply chains, understanding the need for agility, customer service delivery, and responding to fast-changing market trends.
