We are seeking a Technical Programme Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term contract to lead strategic, business-wide transformation initiatives. This role will drive complex technical programmes that optimise systems, improve efficiency, reduce risk and deliver measurable impact.

You will work closely with teams across technology, finance, data, security and the wider business, translating technical detail into clear outcomes for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical transformation programmes
  • Drive collaboration across product, engineering, data and business teams
  • Deliver initiatives around systems consolidation, tooling optimisation and data improvements
  • Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Evaluate tools and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Manage risks, timelines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
About You
  • Proven experience as a Technical Programme or Project Manager in a digital/tech environment
  • Strong background delivering cross-functional transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Understanding of software development and data platforms
  • Analytical, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus
