This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor, working directly with the founders to help shape the product strategy and user experience from day one.

Youโ€™ll work closely with engineering, design, and operations to build products that redefine how lending workflows are managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user research and translate insights into product direction, ensuring the user\\\’s perspective drives decision-making
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize user impact and business value
  • Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering on APIs, data models, and integration points
  • Partner with design to prototype, test, and refine workflows with a strong focus on usability and user experience
  • Drive agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
  • Define and monitor success metrics to evaluate feature performance and guide future decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally within fintech, lending, or mortgage technology (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong background in user research with proven ability to turn insights into actionable product improvements
  • Experience working with complex datasets and ensuring compliance in financial services products
  • Technical acumen with the ability to engage on APIs, data flows, and system architecture
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools such as Figma, Linear, Notion, and Slack
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to simplify complex ideas and align cross-functional teams
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and execution-oriented in fast-paced environments

Benefits

  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Stock options
  • Health care plan (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Training and development opportunities
