Job Description

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day account delivery of commercial partnerships and ensuring the effective execution of sponsorship activations and campaigns. This role involves working closely with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure all commercial rights and partner expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about football and sports partnerships, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of commercial rights for the club’s partners.
  • Oversee the activation and execution of sponsorship programs, ensuring all obligations are met.
  • Coordinate partner experiences such as matchday events, player appearances, and brand activations.
  • Develop and execute marketing and activation plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Measure and report on the ROI of partner campaigns and activations.
  • Work with senior executives, governing bodies, and partners to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Create case studies, proposals, and presentations to support new business development efforts.

Requirements
