We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Office Manager to join our. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and leading a high-performing office team. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates, ensuring maximum client engagement.
- Drive occupancy growth through effective planning and client management.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Promote referral growth through strong client relationships and networking.
2. Systems & Processes
- Ensure adherence to established processes, maintaining a high compliance rate.
- Monitor system efficiency and data accuracy across all operational platforms.
- Champion system adoption and provide training to staff as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Maintain fee collection rates in line with business targets.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met
- Ensure the business is audit-ready at all times with accurate documentation and reporting.
4. People & Team Development
- Retain and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
- Oversee staff training and professional development initiatives.
- Foster staff engagement and a positive working culture.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
5. Leadership & Strategy
- Set goals and conduct performance reviews with team members.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
- Support business continuity planning and readiness for operational challenges.
