We’re partnering with a growing, international consulting firm to appoint an experienced Programme Director into their UK practice.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes , while also influencing client strategy and business growth.
The Role
As Programme Director, you’ll take ownership of large, multi-million-pound programmes , leading delivery across ERP, digital, and wider business transformation initiatives.
You’ll operate as a trusted advisor at C-suite level , ensuring successful outcomes while identifying opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships.
This is a hybrid role blending programme delivery, commercial accountability, and strategic influence.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes (£5m–£30m+)
✅ Own programme governance, risk, financial performance, and outcomes
✅ Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (C-level)
✅ Support and lead pre-sales, bids, and solution shaping
✅ Drive account growth and long-term client partnerships
✅ Mentor and lead programme managers and delivery teams
✅ Play a key role in building and scaling programme delivery capability
What we’re looking for
✔ Proven experience delivering complex programmes within consulting or SI environments
✔ Strong background across ERP (Dynamics, SAP, or similar) or digital transformation
✔ Experience managing large budgets and multi-workstream delivery
✔ Strong commercial acumen with exposure to sales or account growth
✔ Confidence operating at executive stakeholder level
✔ A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery leadership
