Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a rapidly scaling digital healthcare business to appoint a commercially driven Head of Marketing.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-growth organisation that has already achieved significant scale and is targeting substantial revenue growth over the next 12 months.

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader who can take ownership of customer acquisition, retention, brand and growth strategy while leading and developing an existing marketing function.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will be responsible for building and executing the marketing strategy across all digital channels, driving customer acquisition and retention whilst supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.

You will inherit an established but developing marketing team and will be tasked with optimising performance, improving marketing efficiency and scaling customer growth across multiple healthcare categories.

This role requires someone who can provide strategic leadership whilst remaining hands-on when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and optimise performance across Google, Meta, Tik Tok and emerging channels.
  • Own CRM, email marketing and customer lifecycle programmes.
  • Manage SEO, content and organic growth initiatives.
  • Develop brand strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and channel investment decisions.
  • Build relationships with external agencies and partners where required.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, Marketing Director, Growth Director or similar.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
