We’re hiring Graduate Sales Executives to join our Nottingham office in a recruitment sales role where performance is directly rewarded.

The role

This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll learn how to build your own market, develop client relationships, source candidates, manage processes, negotiate deals, and close placements. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
  • Managing client and candidate conversations
  • Closing placements and earning commission

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for recent graduates from the last 4 years who are ambitious, confident, competitive, and serious about building a career in sales. Sales experience is a plus, but we’re also open to people who have shown drive through university, sport, part-time work, internships, societies, fundraising, competitive environments, or target-driven roles.
