We’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager into our Operations team based in London, to lead the delivery & execution of marketing activity across our brands at Forsyth Barnes. This is a varied, high-impact role focused on turning goals into consistent, high-quality outputs, improving inbound performance through SEO and website optimisation, and supporting commercial growth through reliable, measurable marketing delivery.

The Role: As Marketing Manager, you will deliver, execute and continuously optimise the global marketing strategy across all Forsyth Barnes brands, ensuring marketing activity drives measurable commercial impact. This role focuses on shaping & executing the marketing approach that enables Forsyth Barnes to achieve its marketing & events goals. You’ll have ownership for developing the plans, selecting the channels and delivering the activity that drives high-quality, high-ROI marketing output, supports sales, strengthens brand presence and delivers commercial outcomes across our brands.

The Person
- Required Experience
- Experience in a Marketing Manager role (or a strong Senior Executive ready to step up)
- Strong execution across digital marketing, campaigns and content delivery
- Confident writing and communication skills (you can produce quality content quickly)
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Commercial mindset, understands how marketing supports revenue and growth
- Experience owning website performance (content, structure, conversion)
- Working knowledge of SEO and ability to implement an SEO plan (on-page + basic link building)
- Nice to have:
- Strong SEO expertise (technical SEO / keyword strategy / backlink campaigns)
- Experience coaching stakeholders on personal branding
