Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a rapidly growing global technology company to appoint a Senior Director of Product Management. This executive role will lead the strategy and execution for internal data platforms, tools, and capabilities, enabling innovation, scalability, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
You will oversee a team of 15+ Product Managers and Directors, collaborating with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build a secure, modern, and trusted data ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes and accelerates innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear company-wide data product strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
- Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a unified roadmap across internal data platforms, governance, experimentation, and enablement - focused on tangible business impact.
- Platform Scaling: Ensure internal data infrastructure evolves to meet user needs, enhances delivery velocity, and supports AI-driven initiatives.
- Federated Data Culture: Establish standards, tools, and best practices that empower teams to produce and consume high-quality, trusted data.
