We’re hiring Sales Executives to join our London office in a recruitment sales role where performance is directly rewarded.
The role
This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll build relationships, develop new business, source candidates, manage processes, negotiate deals, and close placements. You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
- Building relationships with clients, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers
- Growing your own specialist market within FinTech technology recruitment
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
- Managing conversations from first contact through to close
- Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for ambitious salespeople with 1–5 years’ experience in a target-driven environment, ideally with B2B sales experience. You may currently be a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, SDR, BDR, Telesales Executive, Lead Generator, or working in another commercial sales role. You’ll do well here if you are:
