Contract role - Product Manager
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to support SAP Retail systems and help with an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting business operations, managing changes and incidents, working with stakeholders, and helping improve SAP Retail processes. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, SAP teams, business users, and project teams across a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day SAP Retail operations (ECC)
- Help manage incidents, defects, and change requests
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with technical teams to support delivery and testing
- Assist with backlog management and sprint planning
- Support UAT and system testing activities
- Help with SAP ECC to S/4HANA transition activities
- Maintain documentation and process updates
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience working with SAP ECC, ideally within Retail
- Good understanding of retail business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Experience working in Agile or project delivery environments
Desirable
- Exposure to SAP Retail modules (MM, SD, Pricing, Article Master, IDOCs)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Retail industry experience
