We’re working with a high-growth, product-led digital business operating a complex, marketplace-style model. As part of continued investment into their data function, they are looking to hire a Principal Data Analyst to take ownership of a critical commercial and operational domain. This role sits within a high-performing analytics team and will play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive both strategic and day-to-day decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll act as the lead analytics partner for a core area of the business responsible for balancing commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Owning analytics for a complex business area, driving both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
- Designing and embedding measurement frameworks that clearly define how performance is tracked and optimised.
- Applying systems thinking to understand how data flows across the business and how different components connect.
- Moving the team away from reactive, ad-hoc analysis towards more structured and repeatable approaches.
Key Requirements
