We are currently recruiting for a Data Analytics Manager to join a leading sports organisation as they continue to invest in their data and analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how customer data is used to drive engagement, commercial growth and strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing customer analytics models including segmentation, propensity modelling and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Building and maintaining analytics solutions using Python, SQL and AWS technologies
- Creating Tableau dashboards and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Partnering with Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to support customer engagement, campaign effectiveness and personalisation initiatives
- Presenting complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
